Gönül TALU

Chairman

Mr. Gönül Talu, Founder and Chairman of Board of Directors of TALU Construction, had served as the Chairman of Board of Directors of Doğuş Construction and Member of Board of Directors of Doğuş Holding, for over 30 years until the end of 2019. During his 50-year experience in the sector, he has also served in the position of General Manager and in various management positions.

Mr. Talu, a member of the High Advisory Committee of the Turkish Contractors Association (TMB), received his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Civil Engineering.

Burak TALU

Chairman of the Executive Committee

Mr. Burak Talu is the Partner and Chairman of the Executive Committee of TALU Construction.

Between 2007 and 2019, he served as the Member of Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of Board of Directors and CEO of Doğuş Construction Group. He served as the Chairman of Doğuş Construction Ukraine between 2004 and 2008 and as the Business Development Coordinator of Doğuş Construction between 2001 and 2004.

He served as the Vice Chairman of İXİR, a start-up company of Doğuş Group between 1999 and 2001. He started to work as the Vice Chairman of Strategy and Business Development at Doğuş Holding in 1997.
Mr. Talu received his Bachelor’s Degree from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Civil Engineering in 1992 and received his MBA from Boston College in 1996.

Burak Talu served as the Vice President of the Turkish Contractors Association (TMB) for three terms and he currently serves as a member of the Executive Board of the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK) and the Turkey-USA Business Council (TAİK).

Ömer TALU

Member of the Executive Committee

Mr. Ömer Talu is the Member of the Executive Committee of Talu Construction.

Between 2005 and 2019, he served in various management positions including Business Development, Finance, Budget and Reporting and Chairman Advisor at Doğuş Group. He worked in various financial positions at Sabancı Piyale between 2002 and 2005 and at General Motors Corporation in Detroiot between 1996 and 2002. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Economics from Michigan University in 1996.

Doğan TALU

General Manager and Member of the Executive Committee

Doğan Talu, General Manager of Talu Construction, served in various positions at Doğuş Construction between 1989 and 2019 such as field engineer, Project Manager, Project Director for Infrastructure Works in many domestic and overseas projects and ultimately Assistant General Manager in charge of Infrastructure Projects until 2019. Mr. Doğan Talu was graduated from Fırat University, Department of Civil Engineering.

Taha Özdilek

Member of the Executive Committee

Taha Özdilek, a 1997 graduate of Istanbul Technical University’s Department of Civil Engineering, began his career as a Project Engineer at the Ministry of Public Works. He subsequently worked for many years at Doğuş Construction, holding various technical and managerial roles, including Technical Office Engineer, Technical Office Chief, and Planning Manager for Infrastructure Projects. Between 2014 and 2021, he played an active role in the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects as a Project Manager. Joining Talu Construction in 2021, Taha Özdilek first served as Director of Infrastructure Works; he then held the position of Deputy General Manager between 2022 and 2025, and since 2026 has been leading the company’s management and operational processes as a Member of the Executive Committee.

 
 

Murat Küçükyoldaş

Member of the Executive Committee

Graduating from Yıldız Technical University’s Department of Civil Engineering in 1990, H. Murat Küçükyoldaş served within Doğuş Construction until 2020 on numerous domestic and international projects, holding various technical and managerial roles including Site Chief, Construction Manager, Deputy Project Manager, and Project Manager. Joining Talu Construction in 2020, he initially served as Project Manager on the Iraq–Basra–Qurna Infrastructure Project, and subsequently on the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant Project, the Çekmeköy High School Project, and the Hatay–Eastern Mediterranean Customs Service Building Project. Since 2025, he has been leading the Western Black Sea Phase-2 and Phase-3 Natural Gas Pipeline Construction Project as a Member of the Executive Committee.

Muhammed S. KÖPRÜCÜOĞULLARI

Financial Affairs and Finance Director

Muhammed Saim Köprücüoğulları, Financial Affairs and Finance Director at Talu Construction, served in various positions at Doğuş İnşaat such as Financial Affairs Directorate, Accounting, Budget and Reporting and Finance between 2009 and 2020. Started his career at HSBC Bank A.Ş., Mr. Köprücüoğulları was graduated from İnönü University, Department of Economics.

Tuba BAYSAL YEŞİLDAĞ

Director of Proposals and Contracts

 

Talu Construction’s Director of Proposals and Contracts, Tuba Baysal Yeşildağ, completed her undergraduate degree at Istanbul Technical University in the Civil Engineering department and her master’s degree in Construction Management. She also graduated from the Justice Department of Istanbul University. Between 2007 and 2012, she worked in various positions such as Contract Specialist and Contract Manager for Alarko Contracting Group’s metro projects, and from 2013 to 2021 for Doğuş Construction’s metro projects. She has been working at Talu Construction since 2021.
